Cathy , I know you helped someone ! Anyone who has really ever known you is inspired by you . Your whole life you have been a very special person . You always light up my life by just being you . I am glad you were able to find peace !!! You were so sad it broke my heart . You are such an inspiration to me and to others , I don’t think there is anyone you haven’t helped with your smile and laugh . You really are my LIFETIME INSPIRATION !! I’m so sad that no one came! That happened to me once. I was teaching an aquatic exercise and ONE person came! I took the day off work and it was on a BEAUTIFUL sunny Florida day!
Also I love your handstand! It makes me want to try it again. My personal goal is to get into a dolphin handstand (I believe that is what it’s called). I’m so excited….. tomorrow I’m going to my hot yoga studio to celebrate them being open for one year, they are having a glow-in-the-dark yoga class! How cool does that sound? I will let you know how it goes…. alot of the times I “attempt” the poses and watch in amazement.
I love reading your blog and I want to get up there int he near future to take some yoga classes

Thanks for the reminder – to stop and smell the roses, to stop and look at the clouds. I think I’ll have my outdoor yoga students step off their mats this week and feel the grass under their feet!

Awesome playlist and summer solstice theme! I did not know the meaning of stice either and love your message that we all just need to take some time during the summer to unwind and reflect.
I’ve got a busy summer planned with work, teaching yoga and spending time with family and friends – but I’ll be sure to stop and soak in the beauty of summer whenever I can.
